Reiki Attunement — It Will Help You In Your Life At All Levles.

Reiki attunement? What is it? Through it you will become a channel for the source energy of creation.

The word reiki comes from Japanese, (spoken: Ree-Kii) it is the expression for the universal life force energy.

The truth is that reiki is a ancient cure. It was known way back, in the old Sanskrit Sutras. That was about 2500 years ago. The story goes that it was rediscovered in the 19th century by Mikao Usui. Since that time we refer mostly to the Usui System of reiki. Want to learn more about a system like Usui, then go here: reiki attunement

You can give Reiki to yourself, or to others, by gently laying ones hand on, or slightly above, the body. The channel for the energy, is the giver, and through the hand this energy is given to the one who is the receiver.

Reiki, relaxing and pleasant, works nicely on a physical level. In terms of the emotional level it creates confidence in oneself, and in others. It helps you to be balanced. And, finally, it helps you to deal with everyday stress better as it works on the mental level too.

There are many reiki forms. You will find Komyo Kai Reiki, Karuna Reiki or WhiteLight Self-Empowerment. No System is better than others they are just different. Most different forms of reiki work together well. Learn more right here about the one with the highest vibration: reiki attunement

You will normally have to learn anywhere between one to four degrees of reiki. Each degree probably comes with an attunement to initiate you into the energy of that degree.

An example of a first degree:

The First Degree

•Basic knowledge about reiki, and basic hands-on healing method.
•Aura and Chakra instruction.
•Initiation into reiki by means of “attunements” you will become a reiki channel.
•From this time on, reiki energy will flow through your hands. YOU are now a reiki practitioner (healer).
